REFUND / RETURN POLICY

Thank you for choosing VAICON 2026. We are committed to providing quality services and ensuring a smooth experience for all participants. Please review our refund and cancellation policy carefully.

Cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled service or event date by contacting us via email or phone.

• Cancellations made 30 days or more in advance are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 30 days before the scheduled date will incur a cancellation fee of 100% and no refund will be issued.

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

• The service was not delivered as described.
• The service was cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances attributable to VAICON 2026.

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the service or event date.

The following services are strictly non-refundable:

• Services that have already been fully rendered.
• Confirmed registrations once the event has commenced.

Approved refunds will be processed within 2–3 business days. The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If a service has been partially delivered, partial refunds may be issued at the sole discretion of VAICON 2026 based on the portion of the service completed.

VAICON 2026 shall not be held liable for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes or other force majeure events.

This Refund and Cancellation Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
